Because we have dealt with hundreds of prosecution cases, we can review and analyze prosecution histories with a deep understanding for why certain amendments were made and how they may impact the claim scope of the asserted claims. This expertise is also valuable in claim construction proceedings, drafting motions, and rendering validity and non-infringement opinions.
