Mr. Shull provides patent prosecution services in the mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, which include vehicles, autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicle control systems, industrial machines, including paper making machines, agricultural vehicles and equipment, hydrodynamic retarders, and generators.
In the medical device and implant spaces, Mr. Shull has prepared and prosecuted patents for surgical tools, bone fixation devices, cancer treatment devices, and acetabular prostheses.
In other mechanical and electro-mechanical art, Mr. Shull has assisted clients with weapon systems and platforms, including firearms, projectiles, optics, and thermal targets, and has worked with 3D-printing systems, display screens, various glass composites, and polymer composites such as seals and gaskets.
