Ms. Packard acts as a primary point of contact for clients and foreign associates, working closely with IP attorneys in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of both domestic and international patent applications. She also oversees patent and trademark reporting obligations, ensuring timely communication of deadlines and requirements to the IP team.
Before her career in law, Ms. Packard served as a Risk and Business Continuity Manager in the corporate legal department of a “Big Four” bank. As a Senior Intellectual Property Paralegal, Ms. Packard brings over a decade of experience to the firm’s clients, offering invaluable insights and dedicated support.
